PARK BORDERIES MIZUNARA AGED 12 YEARS

A unique alliance between single "cru" Borderies and the Mizunara oak.

Mizunara is a rare variety of Japanese oak, used for the production of casks destined for the ageing of premium Japanese spirits.

TASTING NOTES

Aged for 12 years in French oak, a blend of eaux-de-vie selected by the Cellar Master and then aged for 9 months in authentic rare Japanese oak casks: The Mizunara. This unique process influences 12 years old Cognac PARK Mizunara with light smoky and spicy hints, refined, just like the best Japanese spirits.

TERROIRS

Composed of 100% Borderies, giving round eaux-de-vie, floral and sweet, characterised by a perfume of violets.
