Ingredients

  • 1 oz. Cognac Park
  • .5 oz. simple syrup
  • .5 oz. lemon juice

 

Preparation

  • Shake briefly and strain into chilled champagne coupe
  • Top with 2 oz. dry sparkling wine and garnish with a lemon twist

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Cognac Park VSOP
  • 1 brown sugar cube
  • 2 dashes Angustura Bitters
Preparation
  • Muddle sugar cube and stir of style
  • Garnish with both a lemon and orange twist

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz .Cognac Park VS
  • 1oz. dry orange curacao
  • .5 oz. lemon

Preparation

  • Shake and strain into a chilled coupe; sugar rim optional.

  • From the Daisy family of cocktails, likely to have originated in New Orleans, 19th Century

An affair to remember

Ingredients

  • 2 chunks pineapple, 1 lemon wedge
  • 1 orange wedge 
  • 2 oz. Cognac Park Fin Bois Organic 
  • 1 dash Peychaud’s bitters
  • .75 oz passion fruit syrup 

 

Preparation

  • First, fill a wine goblet with crushed ice and set aside
  • Into your cocktail tin muddle mpty the crushed ice from the goblet and roll the drinkback and forth between two cocktail tins
  • Empty all contents back into wine glass and garnish with pineapple fan
